Protein & Fibre is quick, simple and easy to fit into your day. But there's more than one way to have it.
Iced mocha. Vanilla matcha. Banana bread-inspired Cinnamon. Even a Ninja Creami. Protein & Fibre is more versatile than you might think, without needing lots of extra ingredients.
So we've put together four simple ways to mix things up and get extra protein into your day.
1. Iced Mocha

Mocha Protein & Fibre already contains real ground coffee and cocoa, so turning it into an iced coffee doesn't require any syrups or flavourings.
How to make
- Pour 250-300ml of water or your favourite milk into your shaker.
- Add 50g (3 heaped dessert spoons) of Mocha Protein & Fibre.
- Shake until smooth and pour over ice.
- Finish by adding a shot of coffee on top.
2. Iced Vanilla Matcha

Matcha has a naturally earthy, slightly bitter flavour. Protein & Fibre Vanilla Bean brings sweetness from ground dates and flavour from real ground vanilla pods, which balances it without needing a flavoured syrup.
How to make
- Pour 250-300ml of water or your favourite milk into your shaker.
- Add 50g (3 heaped dessert spoons) of Vanilla Bean Protein & Fibre.
- Shake until smooth and pour into a glass over ice.
- Take your favourite matcha powder and whisk as you normally would.
- Pour your matcha into the glass, stir and enjoy.
3. Banana Bread-Inspired Cinnamon

Ceylon Cinnamon Protein & Fibre plus banana tastes very similar to banana bread. It's one of the easiest ways to change up your usual shake because you're adding one everyday ingredient rather than making an entirely new recipe.
How to make
- Pour 250-300ml of water or your favourite milk into a blender.
- Add 50g (3 heaped dessert spoons) of Ceylon Cinnamon Protein & Fibre.
- Add 1 banana.
- Blend for 30 seconds, pour into a glass and enjoy.
4. Dark Chocolate Ninja Creami

Dark Chocolate Protein & Fibre works just as well frozen as it does shaken. One of our customers suggested turning it into a Ninja Creami, and it’s a simple way to make your usual serving feel completely different.
How to make
- Pour 250-300ml of your favourite milk into a blender.
- Add 50g (3 heaped dessert spoons) of Dark Chocolate Protein & Fibre and a banana.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into your Ninja Creami tub and freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
- Spin using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- If needed, add a splash of milk and re-spin until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into a bowl and enjoy.
